Do You Have a Network Marketing Mentor? A Powerful Story about Becoming the Mentor that You Didn’t Have 

Today I would like to talk about Mentorship in your network marketing business. This is an important topic for everyone.

Do you have a mentor in your current business?  Have you ever had one?  Are you a mentor to others? Do you even need a mentor?

The answer is different for everyone.  But I believe that mentorship is so important that I started a mentorship program at IBM that the entire corporation adopted!  I share this story in today’s video too.  It’s a pretty good story! J

So how does this apply to you in your business? I can’t tell you the number of times I have heard from people that their sponsor was “no good” or never around, or dropped out.  Or their entire upline had even dropped out.  These folks are concerned that they have no one to mentor them.

In today’s video I address this concern.  This will make you think and definitely help you as you grow your network marketing team.
